Counselling sessions usually go for one hour. Included in that hour, is time for organizing payment and setting future appointments.

The hourly rate for an individual is $70.00. This figure includes GST and tax.
The hourly rate for couples is $80.00 including GST and tax.

Payment for counselling is required at the time of the session unless another arrangement has been previously agreed upon. If a monthly invoice is requested the session charge will be $70 or $80 plus GST

Funding assistance for counselling can be sought through various agencies including: WINZ, SMART and ACC.

Cancellation Fee
If an appointment is cancelled without prior 24 hours notice (e.g. on the day) or, a client does not turn up for a scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of half the amount of the usual fee will be charged.
